We hope you are happy with you Luke Irwin Rug. If for any reason you are unhappy and wish to discuss an issue please email us within fourteen days of receipt at email@example.com. Please state your name, order number and the use you would like to discuss and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned or refunded. If unsure, please check whether your item is returnable before ordering.
Any items returned to us must be wrapped in the returns packaging supplied and sent back to us in perfect condition within fourteen days from us acknowledging the return. Luke Irwin Rugs will cover all return shipping cost from the UK. All orders outside the UK must be sent at the buyer’s risk and cost. All overseas customers must mark their package as ‘returned items’ to avoid any customs charges or delays. Refunds will be processed within five days of receipt of return onto the same card that payment was received.
Any rug purchased in the SALE, or using a discount code or promotion cannot be returned.
