With 28 years experience, Katie has a strong background in PR and Business Development having worked at Condé Nast Publications prior to moving into the interior design world.

With 25 years of experience, Natasha has an extensive background in fashion, interiors and business development. Having begun her career in luxury fashion, she later transitioned into the world of interior design, bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge of business development and people skills.

Islay joined Luke Irwin 18 months ago, after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Marketing.

Arizona graduated from Central Saint Martins with a degree in Textile Design, specialising in print. Her studies and experience in industry has provided her with a strong foundation in both traditional and digital textile techniques, alongside a keen eye for colour, pattern, and composition.
